UB Choir

The UB Choir is the premier choral ensemble on campus.  Open to students of all majors by audition, the UB Choir presents two concerts annually in Slee Concert Hall.  The ensemble's repertoire spans from the sixteenth century to the present, and has in the past included works commissioned specifically for the Choir.  Tours in the recent past have included Canada and Europe.  The choir participated in a performance of the Verdi Requiem at Carnegie Hall during the spring of 2004.

The UB Choir is directed by Harold Rosenbaum.  Professor Rosenbaum brings extensive experience and dedication to his role as director of the UB Choir.  In addition to being on the faculty at UB he also maintains a busy schedule as a choral conductor both in New York City and abroad.
